Terms and Conditions

CLASSES

• All the classes and courses are one to one lessons.

• The course program is designed by the teacher and the one to one lessons are elaborated according to the students needs.

• The teacher will provide all the material needed for the classes.

• If there are any technical issues due to reasons beyond the teacher or student’s control (internet connection), the class will be cancelled and rescheduled with no additional cost.

• If the student is delayed, the lost time will not be made up for. If the delay is greater than 30 minutes without previous notification, the teacher is not obliged to wait and the class will be cancelled.

• Cancellations and reschedules are allowed until 12 hours before the class starts.

BOOKINGS

• The full amount of the course or classes must be paid before to start the classes.

• There is no refund once the student has started the classes or package

• The package don't have an expiry date.

CANCELLATIONS

• All students who want to cancel a lesson or a package must notify the teacher by email.

• Where a refund is given any bank charges related to transfers and exchange rate movements will be deducted from the refundable amount due.

• Refunds will be made using the same method of payment that the student used to book their lesson or package.

STUDENTS CONDUCT

• Punctuality is a must.

• The teacher reserves the right to cancel a lesson with no refund in circumstances where a student is found to be disrespectful towards the teacher.

DATA

• The student’s data will be used only for: administrative communication, class reminders and, in the case that the student agrees, to receive information about courses and offers.

• The student can ask for their data to be deleted at any time.
